beautiful summer 2010

for unknown reason,
i love this summer,
weather is pretty nice,
hot but nice.
clear sky with bright bright sunshine,
with occasion wind blowing.

seems everything is more beautiful than before.

fun artjamming last Sunday at Central with hubby Eric, best friend Maggie and brother Theo.
all of us are the first time player with acrylic,
we all said there will definitely a 2nd time !

so everything is ready,
and we are going to phuket next week ! hurray !

will stay in this resort because there are too many good comments !

actually we are going to celebrate our 4th anniversary there :P

a life that i want

took a day off on this super holiday mood monday,

gave up the internet thing for a whole day,

yum cha with mom and dad,

drove brother to work,

spent some $ at ikea,

cleaned up the mess at home,

and more importantly cleaned up the dirty floor (where the dust come from ?!!!!!)

bought lovely sheet for bed and changed it,

made a 3-dishes chinese meal (all are yum!).

i am satisfy with what i have done today !

my best friends' wedding

it's so glad to see 2 old friends finally tied the knot.
i was one of their bridesmaids on their big day :D

a bit sad

i kind of cannot accept the fact that i am not able to go to BKK during CNY.
hubby eric comforts me and said we could go during easter......
hello !! Easter ?!!!
still 2 months.....
and hey, there are plenty things to do during that time definitely !!!!

we earn money to see the world.

sigh..... wanna to cry.....(sobbing)

i love grey recently....

so wearing grey almost everyday....

scarfs in different degree of grey,

clothing, shoesssss and with my lovely new grey bag !

i even want to change the furniture too,

recent me

so... have been real busy and tired lately.
i mean seriously busy and tired.

trying to grap pieces from my memory now.....

~the throbbing sound in my left ear came back after the flu, annoying.....

~had a fight with eric at one night

~been dealing with some really really "ma fan" ppl

~quite smooth running in recent experiments in lab, and feeling real successful :D

~feeling ridiculous that someone continuously called my parents' home and their cell phones, and even at mid-nights. my brother and i are going to fight back. real piss me off.

~going to macau tomorrow ! real excited about that, which is our first wedding job outside hong kong. real happy that the newly weds invite us to attend the banquet as well .... :P

~feeling extremely blissful that some bride-to-be are trusting our design/ taste in terms of flower arrangement. actually, i am quite happy to discuss with people about flower things.
I REALLY LOVE FLOWERS.

~met a very helpful and nice salesman from a lighting shop, tho' he was using some very professional terms which we were all ??????? in our heads.....

~ had a nice dinner with my bro last night

too many things are going on recently, too lazy me have not updated in here.
and more more things coming up next week.......
pwee..... i need a break.

got a cheque from Citybank/Octopus today, the lowest amount of cheque i have ever received. it's HKD6 !!! will the bank charge me for any administration fee if i deposit it ????

i am attending floral arrangement classes at central every Wednesday night after work.

on our 3rd annniversary

we had our anniversary dinner at Case fina,
they serve wonderful oysters of different kinds,
on this oyster platter: africa rock, irish gigas, fine de claire, fine de special, cadoret and sea whelk


an encore round: mexican pacific, scottish rock and langebaan
scottish rock is the best !




we found agnes b la pain grille have better baby blue (see here), which their white sauce taste better. this one is more "cheesy taste"... donno why...




i think the creme burlee is a bit too big.....
it should be served in a 2.5" container....
but, taste still good


okay, i made a better chocolate warm pudding !!!

anyway, it's highly recommended for the main dishes and seafood !
and advance reservation is needed.

what i have been doing these days are:
1. addicted to the childish flash game on facebook called "restaurant city"
2. lay on my couch to watch TV and internet surfing at the same time
3. think, yes, seriously thinking about this
4. read it b4 sleep
5. gather some info about here

not very productive these days, why i am always so tired lae?

yes.. i know i am a little bit fall behind....
this is my first reading of 張愛玲 and it's her last book.
heard for a long time ago that her books are great,
think it's something good about books that it will never be too late to read.

pink series: shoes for spring

i took them home last week & they are now at my top list favorite.
they are unexpectedly comfortable even they are high heels.

i am somehow a rational shopper; however, whenever i found sth love at first sight, i usually don't think irrationally...

pink series: pinky charm

this necklace with charms are for a lovely girl who is doing very good at school.

i visited thomas sabo new shop @ telford last week, the pinky heart is their new item!

i was also attracted by a pink ice-cream cone, maybe get it for her next time.

i definitely will drop $ there in every visit.

once you get your 1st charm, you will continue to get more and more....

e.g. an good excuse for treating myself good after a week of hard work,

birthday, anniversary, x'mas.....they are so clever

after trip syndrome

1. feeling unwell : headache, sore throat, sleepless
2. don't feel like to work
3. don't remember what day is today
4. sit and stare at the photos for a long period of time and donno how to start to write up the travel log
5. checking on the calender for next coming red day (especially circle those with consecutive 2 redsssssss)

sth came up in my family, grandpa admitted to hospital suddenly, his condition is turning not so good yesterday (with some weird dreams....... hum... )

a precious holiday

it's so nice to have a holiday today (HKU foundation day, staff and students are free !)

what i have done today:
dim sum with mom & dad,
groceory shopping,
prepare chinese soup & dinner,
home cleaning (where the dust come from???) ,
bought 8 fishes for the fishy tank,
bought a bunch of flower for myself,
laundry, laundry and laundry (i hate this the most !) ,
e-mailing,
prepare our kensai trip schedule on the coming thursday (omg, still haven't decided a concrete plan) .

his birthday cake

so, he has been longing for this cake for years......
the cake was highly recommended by so sze wong few years ago, but we didn't get a chance to order it. their IFC counter was closed previously, thanks for the citysuper staff who told me where the shop moved.

the cake can now order at one bar, exchange square.

look at the cream, so thick !


the best part is the caramel 噹噹糖.

however, we are kind of disappointed about it,
the cream & cake part are really not that tasty.

we both think starbucks coffee wins ! which is a lot cheaper than one bar tim !!!

meeting with friends' kids

難得與Form 2 同學仔聚一聚, 帶埋兩個小朋友出嚟的確開心好多.
