got 1/2 pound fresh organic roselle from the market too!
the first time i heard the word "roselle" was about 1.5 years ago from vivi,
but cannot find them in HK
seems they are very healthy to us,
i love its sour taste !

I bought some dried one before, but the taste was really too sour for me....
Maybe I have put too much in one single cup of water.
ha, this is the 1st time i see an 'intact' appearance of it.

i have this drink in thailand... served after the spa session and i really liked it. but i can not make the same good taste at home!
